snigdhagurumadhurapicchilaśītāmlalavaṇadivāsvapnaharṣāvyāyāmebhyo 'atisevitebhyaḥ śleṣmā prakopamāpadyate//

Śleṣman becomes aggravated by excessive indulgence in unctuous, heavy, sweet, slimy, cold, sour, and salty [foods]; daytime sleep; rejoicing; and lack of physical exercise.
