yaccānyadapyaviruddhaṃ manyeta tadapyavacārayedvibhajya gurulāghavamupadravāṇāṃ, gurūnupadravāṃstvaramāṇaścikitsejjaghanyamitarān/

Whatever else he considers unopposed [to the treatment], that too he should administer, distinguishing the gravity and lightness of the complications; acting with urgency, he should treat the severe complications, and the others subsequently.
