mandaṃ mandamavegaṃ tu kṛcchraṃ yo mūtrayecchanaiḥ/
śanairmehinamāhustaṃ puruṣaṃ śleṣmakopataḥ//

One who urinates slowly, sluggishly, without urge, and with difficulty:
that man they call a śanairmehin, from provocation of phlegm.
