2.6.8

yadā vā puruṣo 'atiharṣādatiprasaktabhāvaḥ strīṣvatiprasaṅgamārabhate, tasyātimātraprasaṅgādretaḥ kṣayameti/

or when a person, out of excessive passion and with an intensely attached disposition, engages in excessive sexual indulgence with women, his semen undergoes depletion from that excessive indulgence.
