tridoṣaliṅgasannipāte tu sānnipātikaṃ vidyāt; tamasādhyamācakṣate kuśalāḥ//
When there is a combination of the symptoms of all three doshas, however, one should know it as born of all three doshas. Skilled physicians declare that to be incurable.
