prayogaiḥ kṣapayedvā tān sukhaṃ vā koṣṭhamānayet/
jñātvā koṣṭhaprapannāṃstān &yathāsannaṃ haredbudhaḥ//
He should either diminish them through therapies or bring them easily into the gut; / knowing them to have entered the gut, the wise physician should evacuate them by the nearest route.
