ye hyenadgrāmanagaranigamajanapadāḥ satatamupayuñjate, te bhūyiṣṭhaṃ glāsnavaḥ śithilamāṃsaśoṇitā aparikleśasahāśca bhavanti/

For the villages, towns, cities, and countries that constantly use it are mostly languid, have flaccid muscle and blood, and are incapable of enduring hardship.
