tatra khalvanekaraseṣu& dravyeṣvanekadoṣātmakeṣu ca vikāreṣu rasadoṣaprabhāvamekaikaśyenābhisamīkṣya tato dravyavikārayoḥ prabhāvatattvaṃ vyavasyet//
Therein, indeed, in substances having multiple tastes and in disorders having multiple doshas, one should ascertain the true specific potency of substance and disorder after individually examining the specific potency of tastes and doshas.
