bhettā hi bhedyamanyathā bhinatti, anyathā punastādbhinnaṃ bhedaprakṛtyantareṇa bhindan bhedasaṃkhyāviśeṣamāpādayatyanekadhā, na ca pūrvaṃ bhedāgramupahanti/

For an analyzer divides what is to be divided in one way, and then dividing what has been divided in another way according to another principle of division, he produces specific numbers of divisions in many ways, and does not undermine the previous enumeration of divisions.
