3.8.14_4

adhyāpyamadhyāpayan hyācāryo yathoktaiścādhyāpanaphalairyogamāpnotyanyaiścānuktaiḥ śreyaskarairguṇaiḥ śiṣyamātmānaṃ ca yunakti/

For a preceptor who teaches one who is fit to be taught attains connection with the fruits of teaching as described, and endows his pupil and himself with other qualities leading to the highest good that have not been mentioned.
