satyo nāma---yathārthabhūtaḥ; santyāyurvedopadeśāḥ, santi siddhyupāyāḥ sādhyānāṃ vyādhīnāṃ, santyārambhaphalānīti/

True is that which corresponds to reality; [for instance:] the teachings of Āyurveda exist, the means of curing curable diseases exist, the fruits of therapeutic action exist.
