athānuyogaḥ---anuyogo nāma sa yat tadvidyānāṃ tadvidyaireva sārdhaṃ tantre tantraikadeśe vā praśnaḥ praśnaikadeśo vā jñānavijñāvacanaprativacanaparīkṣārthamādiśyate/

Now, questioning: questioning is when, among specialists with specialists, an inquiry or part of an inquiry into a treatise or a part of a treatise is directed in order to test their theoretical knowledge, practical knowledge, speech, and rejoinder.
