bhaviṣyantyā asaṃprāptiratītāyā anāgamaḥ/
sāṃpratikyā api sthānaṃ nāstyarteḥ saṃśayo hyataḥ//
The future one has not arrived; the past one does not return; / and even of the present one there is no duration for the affliction: hence indeed arises doubt.
