dehī sarvagato 'apyātmā sve sve saṃsparśanendriye/
sarvāḥ sarvāśrayasthāstu nātmā 'ato vetti vedanāḥ//
Although the embodied self is all-pervading, it is in its own respective sense of touch; / therefore, the self does not perceive all sensations located in all substrata.
