yastvagnikalpānarthāñ jño jñātvā tebhyo nivartate/
anārambhādasaṃyogāttaṃ duḥkhaṃ nopatiṣṭhate//

The wise person, however, knowing sense-objects to be like fire, turns away from them; / through non-undertaking and non-contact, suffering does not attend him.
