The Compendium of Caraka 4.2.13

4.2.13

śukrādhikaṃ dvaidhamupaiti bījaṃ yasyāḥ sutau sā sahitau prasūte/
raktādhikaṃ vā yadi bhedameti dvidhā sute sā sahite prasūte//

She whose seed, with an excess of semen, undergoes division gives birth to two sons together; / or if it divides with an excess of blood, she gives birth to two daughters together.
