4.2.18

bījāt samāṃśādupataptabījāt strīpuṃsaliṅgī bhavati dviretāḥ/
śukrāśayaṃ garbhagatasya hatvā karoti vāyuḥ pavanendriyatvan//

From seed with equal portions and afflicted, an individual having both male and female characteristics and both seeds is born; / wind, by destroying the seminal receptacle of the embryo, produces the condition of wind-dominated sense.
