śukraṃ tadasya pravadanti dhīrā yaddhīyate garbhasamudbhavāya/
vāyvagnibhūmyabguṇapādavattat ṣaḍbhyo rasebhyaḥ prabhavaśca tasya//
The wise declare that to be his semen, which is emitted for the origination of the embryo; / it has four parts consisting of the qualities of air, fire, earth, and water, and its origin is from the six tastes.
