4.8.29

yasyāḥ punarudāvartavibandhaḥ syādaṣṭame māse na cānuvāsanasādhyaṃ manyeta tatastasyāstadvikārapraśamanamupakalpayennirūham/

In her who has upward movement of wind with constipation in the eighth month, and one considers it not curable by unctuous enema, one should then prepare a non-unctuous enema for her to pacify that disorder.
