brāhmaṇaścātharvavedavit satatamubhayakālaṃ śāntiṃ juhuyāt svastyayanārthaṃ kumārasya tathā sūtikāyāḥ /

And a brāhmaṇa versed in the Atharvaveda should constantly offer peaceful oblations at both times [of day] for the welfare of the child as well as of the puerperal woman.
