teṣāṃ tu trayāṇāmapi kṣīradoṣāṇāṃ prativiśeṣamabhisamīkṣya yathāsvaṃ yathādoṣaṃ ca vamanavirecanāsthāpanānuvāsanāni vibhajya kṛtāni praśamanāya bhavanti/

Moreover, after examining the specific characteristics of all these three defects of milk, emesis, purgation, non-unctuous enema, and unctuous enema, appropriately divided and administered according to each case and according to each doṣa, serve for their alleviation.
