The Compendium of Caraka 4.8.8

4.8.8

tatra mantraṃ prayuñjīta -- "ahirasi āyurasi sarvataḥ pratiṣṭhā+si dhātā tvā dadatu vidhātā tvā dadhātu brahmavarcasā bhava"iti /

There he should employ the mantra: “You are the serpent; you are life; you are the foundation everywhere; may Dhātṛ give you; may Vidhātṛ place you; be endowed with the splendor of Brahman.”
