5.12.67

svācāraṃ hṛṣṭamavyaṅgaṃ yaśasyaṃ śuklavāsasam/
amuṇḍamajaṭaṃ dūtaṃ jātiveśakriyāsamam//

[When] the messenger is well-behaved, joyful, free of bodily defects, auspicious, clad in white clothes, / not shaven-headed, not matted-haired, of identical caste, dress, and activity;
