5.6.13

śvayathuryasya pādasthastathā sraste ca piṇḍike/
sīdataścāpyubhe &jaṅghe taṃ bhiṣak parivarjayet//

Whose swelling is located in the feet, and whose calf muscles droop,
and both of whose shanks collapse: him the physician should avoid.
