yasya vaibhāṣamāṇasya rujatyūrdhvamuro bhṛśam/
annaṃ ca cyavate bhuktaṃ sthitaṃ cāpi na jīryati//

For whom, while speaking, the upper chest aches severely,
and eaten food slips away, or even remaining is not digested;
