nācchāyo nāprabhaḥ kaścidviśeṣāścihnayanti tu/
nṛṇāṃ śubhāśubhotpattiṃ kāle chāyāprabhāśrayāḥ//
No one is devoid of shadow or devoid of radiance; but distinguishing signs
based on shadow and radiance mark the arising of good and evil for human beings in due course.
