Having filled a dough-steaming vessel with crushed bhallātakas, having mounted it on top of a strong jar smeared with unctuous substance and buried in the earth up to its neck, having covered it with a lid and coated it with black clay, one should steam it with fires of cow-dung; whatever juice of theirs falls into the jar, one should consume it, combined with one eighth part of honey and twice as much ghee; from the use of this, one's age remains free from decay for a hundred years, [and the rest is] identical to the previous [formulation].
