tasyottarakālamagnibalasamāṃ mātrāṃ khādet, paurvāhṇikaḥ prayogo nāparāhṇikaḥ, sātmyāpekṣaścāhāravidhiḥ/

After that period, one should eat a dose commensurate with the strength of the digestive fire; the intake is in the morning, not in the afternoon, and the dietary regimen is observed according to constitutional suitability.
