6.1.2_4_2

jīrṇe ca sasarpiṣā payasā śāliṣaṣṭikāśanamupacāraḥ, prayogānte ca dvistāvat payasaivopacāraḥ/

And when it is digested, the aftercare is eating śāli or ṣaṣṭika rice with milk accompanied by ghee; and at the end of the regimen, the aftercare is with milk alone for twice that period.
