sarvairetaiḥ samastaistu liṅgairujñeyastridoṣajaḥ/
apasmāraḥ sa cāsādhyo yaḥ kṣīṇasyānavaśca yaḥ//
Born of all three doṣas is to be recognized by all these symptoms combined; / that epilepsy is incurable, as is that which occurs in an emaciated patient or is chronic.
