pārśvabastirujī cālpapittāgnistāṃ surāyutām/
bhinnaviṭkaḥ samustātiviṣāpāṭhāṃ savatsakām//
If there is pain in the flanks and bladder with low pitta and digestive fire, [he should take] it with wine; / if his stool is loose, with musta, ativiṣā, pāṭhā, and vatsaka.
