kṣāmaḥ kṣīṇaḥ kṣatoraskastvanidraḥ sabale 'anile/
śṛtakṣīrasareṇādyāt sakṣaudraghṛtaśarkaram//
Wasted, emaciated, chest-wounded, and sleepless when vāta is strong, / he should eat [food] with the scum of boiled milk, mixed with honey, ghee, and sugar.
