6.11.77

garbhārthinīnāṃ garbhaśca sravedyāsāṃ mriyeta vā/
dhanyā balayā hitāstābhyaḥ śukraśoṇitavardhanāḥ//
iti pañcamasarpirmodakāḥ/
bastideśe vikurvāṇe strīprasaktasya mārute/
vātaghnān bṛṃhaṇān vṛṣyān yogāṃstasya prayojayet//

for those desiring pregnancy whose fetus drops or dies, / they are blessed, strengthening, beneficial, increasing semen and blood.
Thus the fifth ghee-boluses.
When vāyu acts abnormally in the region of the urinary bladder in one attached to women, / one should administer for him vāyu-destroying, nourishing, and aphrodisiac formulations.
