The Compendium of Caraka 6.12.15

6.12.15

kṛśasya rogairabalasya yo bhavedupadravairvā vamipūrvakairyutaḥ/
sa hanti marmānugato 'atha rājimān parisraveddhīnabalasya sarvagaḥ//

That which occurs in an emaciated patient, or in one weakened by diseases, or accompanied by complications beginning with vomiting, / or that which has reached the vital points, or has streaks, or discharges fluid in one with diminished strength, or has spread to all limbs—kills.
