6.12.56

piṣṭvā 'akṣamātrāṇi jalāḍhakena paktvā ghṛtaprasthamatha prayuñjyāt/arśāṃsi gulmaṃ śvayathuṃ ca kṛcchraṃ nihanti vahniṃ ca karoti dīptam//

grinding [these] to the measure of an akṣa each, cooking them with an āḍhaka of water and a prastha of ghee, one should then administer it. / It destroys piles, gulma, and difficult swelling, and kindles the digestive fire.
