&bradhno 'anilādyairvṛṣaṇe svaliṅgairantraṃ nireti praviśenmuhuśca/
mūtreṇa pūrṇaṃ mṛdu medasā cet snigdhaṃ ca vidyāt kaṭhinaṃ ca śotham//
Bradhna occurs in the scrotum from vāta and the others, with their own symptoms; the intestine repeatedly protrudes and enters; / one should know the swelling filled with urine as soft, and if from fat, unctuous and hard.
