mande 'agnau malinairbhuktairapākāddoṣasaṃcayaḥ/
prāṇāgnyapānān saṃdūṣya mārgānruddhvā 'adharottarān//

When the digestive fire is dull, due to indigestion caused by impure foods, an accumulation of doṣas / vitiates the prāṇa, agni, and apāna, and blocks the lower and upper channels;
