tryūṣaṇakṣāralavaṇairyuktaṃ tu nicayodarī/
vātodarī pibettakraṃ pippalīlavaṇānvitam//

A patient suffering from nicayodara should drink it combined with the three pungents, alkali, and salt; / a patient suffering from vātodara should drink buttermilk mixed with pippalī and salt;
