kṛtvā cūrṇamato muṣṭiṃ gavāṃ mūtreṇa nā pibet/
virikto mṛdu bhuñjīta bhojanaṃ jāṅgalai rasaiḥ//

A man should drink a fistful of this with cow's urine; / purged, he should eat soft food with broths of wild game;
