prāṇāgnyapānān saṃdūṣya janayantyudaraṃ nṛṇām//

Having obstructed the sweat- and water-carrying channels, the accumulated doṣas, / corrupting prāṇa, agni, and apāna, produce abdominal enlargement in humans.
