kruddhena śleṣmaṇā srotaḥsvāvṛteṣvāvṛto 'anilaḥ/
tameva pīḍayan kuryādudaraṃ &bahirantragaḥ//
When the channels are obstructed by enraged śleṣman, vāyu is enveloped, / and compressing that very [śleṣman], moving outside the intestines, it produces abdominal enlargement.
