srotaḥsu ruddhamārgeṣu kaphaścodakamūrcchitaḥ/
vardhayetāṃ tadevāmbu svasthānādudarāya tau//
And kapha, combined with water when the channels have their paths obstructed, / increase that very water from its own seat into the abdomen.
