janmanaivodaraṃ sarvaṃ prāyaḥ kṛcchratamaṃ matam/
balinastadajātāmbu yatnasādhyaṃ navotthitam//
By its very nature, all abdominal enlargement is generally considered most difficult to cure; / in a strong person, when newly arisen and not yet producing fluid, it is curable with effort.
