6.13.64

sphuraṇākṣepasandhyasthipārśvapṛṣṭhatrikārtiṣu/
dīptāgniṃ baddhaviṅvātaṃ rūkṣamapyanuvāsayet//

In twitching, convulsions, and pain in joints, bones, flanks, back, and sacrum, / one should administer an unctuous enema even to a dry patient who has a blazing fire and bound feces and wind.
