citrakaṃ bilvamabhayāṃ piṣṭvā sarpirvipācayet/
śakṛdvātānulomyārthaṃ jāte dadhni caturguṇe//
citraka, bilva, and abhayā—having ground [these], he should cook ghee / in four times as much curd that has formed, for the sake of the downward movement of feces and vāta.
