udāvartaparītā ye ye cātyarthaṃ virūkṣitāḥ/
vilomavātāḥ śūlārtāsteṣviṣṭamanuvāsanam//
Those afflicted with upward movement of vāta, those excessively dried, / whose vāta moves in the reverse direction, and who suffer from colic—for them unctuous enema is recommended.
