nirūhaṃ vā prayuñjīta sakṣīraṃ dāśamūlikam/
samūtrasnehalavaṇaṃ kalkairyuktaṃ phalādibhiḥ//
Or he should administer an evacuating enema made with the ten roots along with milk, / with urine, unctuous substance, and salt, combined with pastes of madana fruit and the rest.
