6.14.6

sarveṣāṃ cārśasāṃ kṣetraṃ---gudasyārdhapañcamāṅgulāvakāśe tribhāgāntarāstisro gudavalayaḥ kṣetramiti; kecittu bhūyāṃsameva deśamupadiśantyarśasāṃ---śiśnamapatyapathaṃ galatālumukhanāsikākarṇākṣivartmāni tvak ceti/

And the site of all hemorrhoids: in the space of four and a half finger-breadths of the rectum, the three rectal folds separated by a third [of that length] are the site; however, some instruct that the region of hemorrhoids is even broader: the penis, the birth canal, the throat, palate, mouth, nose, ears, eyelids, and skin.
