pāyayedvā trivṛccūrṇaṃ triphalārasasaṃyutam/
hṛte gudāśraye doṣe &gacchantyarśāṃsi saṃkṣayam//
or he should make him drink powder of trivṛt mixed with juice of triphalā. / When the doṣa residing in the rectum is eliminated, the hemorrhoids perish.
