ityukto bhinnaśakṛtāmarśasāṃ ca kriyākramaḥ/
ye 'atyarhtaṃ gāḍhaśakṛtasteṣāṃ vakṣyāmi bheṣajam//
Thus has been stated the course of treatment for those with piles having loose stools; / I shall now declare the medicine for those whose stools are excessively hard.
